Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will give the customer a complete refund plus any applicable shipping charges. We do not provide REFUNDS! If items are not returned within 7 days from the time a package is received, the customer is then forfeiting their right to exchange or receive a store credit - the sale is final. Zee Kellen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
